These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Snowminds Store ApS (DK36449543). Snowminds Store ApS is a shop that sells sports clothing and equipment for snow sports. Snowminds Store Aps is a subsidiary to Snowminds Group ApS.
Prices & Currencies
Please note that it is only Danish VAT which is included in the price. In some countries, they will put a national toll on the goods. Snowminds Store ApS is not responsible for extra toll, VAT or other costs. Please note that all offers or vouchers does not apply to already discounted items. Special for instructor shop 24/25
Snowminds Store ApS offers a special Instructor Shop for instructors who travel with Snowminds ApS for their season. In this shop Snowminds Store ApS does not keep a stock of all products and the products will be ordered and delivered directly from the supplier. In case some of the products are sold out, we will contact you and give you the option to change to another product in the shop of the same quality. If Snowminds Store ApS is sold out and you are not interested in another product, then you are entitled to getting your money refunded for the products that were not in stock. The final confirmation of your purchase in the Snowminds Instructor Shop will be made by end of October 2024.
Payment
Here at Snowminds Store ApS, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, MasterCard Direct and Maestro. The money will be withdrawn from the customers account immediately after purchase.
Shipping
Snowminds Store ApS offers different shipping options depending on the nationality of the customer. You can either choose between getting your items shipped, picking them up (at our office or at an equipment night arranged by Snowminds ApS) or get them delivered at departure (depending on your departure and arrival country). The time of delivery varies a lot from country to country. In most cases the products will have to be delivered from the suppliers and therefore there will be a longer delivery time than a normal webshop. The exact time for delivery will be communicated upon your purchase, but you can expect items to arrive around late-October.
Return Policy
If you wish to exchange a product into another size, color etc, please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used and/or assembled. Be aware that skis, ski bindings, snowboards and snowboardbindings are non-refundable.
All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced. Also, please enclose your receipt and a short explanation as to why you wish to return the package. NB. In case of returns or exchange of goods the shipping cost are held by the customer.
Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition. If returned goods show signs of damage or use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works, you are liable for deterioration of product value. We estimate a possible value based on a specific assessment of the returned item based on the following guidelines for impairment:

Complaints
If you should have any complaints regarding wrong, damaged or missing items, please contact us asap:
When shopping at our webshop, you have the 24-month warranty. This means that you either get the item you bought repaired or replaced, refunded or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint/appeal must be given within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is given to Snowminds Store ApS within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely (in certain cases not applicable).
When you return the product, please describe the problem as fully as you can.
Privacy policy
The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. The store will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal information to any third party without your prior permission.

Force Majeure
We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
